Welcome to GudGamin. By accessing our website or using our Discord Activities (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.

2. Use License & Access Restrictions

We grant you a temporary, non-exclusive license to use the prototype features inside our Beta Labs dashboard solely for evaluation and testing purposes. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the proprietary 3D assets, characters, or audio files.
• Use any content from the Beta Labs for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or intercept network calls to the auth/multiplayer server.

3. Accounts and Authorization

To use the Services, you must authenticate via Discord. Access to specific modules is limited based on roles assigned in the official GudGamin Discord server. Direct web browser access to the Beta Labs is restricted to the platform owner.

4. User Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or bug reports you submit through the feedback widget become the property of GudGamin. We may use this information to improve the prototypes and platform without any obligation or compensation to you.

5. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" for testing. GudGamin makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, stability, or uptime. In no event shall GudGamin be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the prototype software.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.

7. JukeBot & Audio Streaming Compliance

The JukeBot audio player is provided strictly for private, non-commercial entertainment use within the GudGamin Discord community. By using the YouTube streaming search functions, you agree not to request or stream copyrighted music, commercial albums, or protected media that violates third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. Users are solely responsible for search queries submitted, and any abuse of the JukeBot service for piracy, commercial broadcasting, or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access revocation.
