This Privacy Policy explains how GudGamin collects, uses, and protects your information when you access the GudGamin Beta Labs website or use the GudGamin Discord Activities.

When you log in using Discord, we collect the following basic profile information provided by Discord's OAuth2 service:

• Your unique Discord User ID.
• Your Discord username and display name.
• Your Discord avatar image URL.
• Your membership roles in the GudGamin Discord server (to verify authorization for Beta Labs).

For JukeBot usage, we also temporarily process the text queries you enter into the JukeBot search modals. These queries are only used to retrieve the requested stream and are not stored permanently or associated with your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To authorize and gate access to specific beta testing modules (such as the Character Creator).
• To associate your customized settings (such as character models and attributes) with your account.
• To process feedback and bug reports you submit via the in-app feedback widget.

3. Data Storage & Security

All user authentication and session details are verified in real-time. Customized character creation data is stored securely on our servers. We implement standard industry security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information.

4. Sharing of Data

GudGamin does not sell, trade, or share your personal data or Discord identity information with any third parties. All information is kept strictly internal to the GudGamin development platform.
